this file introduce the blades for our paper tube making machine.
we have two type spiral type paper tube making machine, one is single blade paper tube
making machine. like the name of this type machine, this paper tube making machine has
just one blade to cut the finished the paper tubes, normally it is used to produce the
long length paper tubes, if need short paper tubes, it need extra the paper tube recutter
machine.
we have another type spiral paper tube making machine, that is multi blades in line paper
tube making machine. this machine has the function which produce the long paper tube and
cut the long paper tube into short tubes. this machine save the labor cost and increase
the working effience for the paper tube manufacturers.
the standard configurations for the multi blades in line paper tube making machine is 4
blades. but we also can asssemble more blades according to customer's detail requirement.
the maximum quantity blades in line for this paper tube making machine is 15pcs.
the below is the photos for this maximum 15pcs blades in line. last, the minimum length
for the paper tubes which this paper tube making machine can be cut is 5mm. you know,
this is very short length for paper tubes.
