We have two type spiral type paper tube making machine, one is normal type and another is
high speed paper tube making machine with model HS series. now we introduce the main
difference between this two type paper tube making machine.
First,the two main machine, paper tube making machine 50B type cutting system is driven
by paper core while HS50 type cutting system is driven by servo motor; and the cutting
blade working, 50B type is by cylinder while HS50 is also by servo motor; thus make HS50
type machine more stable in working and the speed faster.
Secondly,For these two kind paper reel stand, we can see that the HS50 type moving is
driven by motor automatically and load paper rolls by electric hoist. It makes less labor
for worker in operation. Also with less space.
Thirdly,the bottom paper device for this two kind paper tube making machine,The HS50 type
with motor and move smooth than the 50B type.
And it also with encode, to adjust paper core length.
