our factory produce different type multi blades on line paper tube making machine, such
as model JY-MC100, MC960,MC530,MC120 etc, but there is one commen shortage for this multi
blades on line paper tube making machine, that's the minimum length of paper tubes is
just 100mm, that is because the distance between the blades limit it.
now according to one of our customer request, we improve it. the requirement of our this
paper tube machine buyer is paper tube minimum length up to 50mm, half of 100mm. our
technical design and adjust the blades, at last, it is successfully.
this is one big improvement for multi blades paper tube making machine, later,just one
multi blades paper tube making machine can produce the paper tubes with minimum length
50mm, before, if you want to so short paper tubes, it just need two machines, one paper
tube machine and one paper tube recutter machine.it save the money and labor cost for the
customer.
