1. CUSTOMER REQUIRE THE DAILY PRODUCTION: 45mt per min (200,000.00pcs of
paper tube daily production)
our multiblades in line paper core machine's maximum speed can be up to 45 mt/min,
but if tube is 56mm length and it is short. so the normal speed for the tubes is 15 mt
per minute. the customer technical department checked before is 50000pcs per 8 hours,
it is absolutely no problem.
2. Altitude above sea level 1800 meter and main electric power supply 15KV, 3PH, 50HZ.
1800 meters is your jumbo paper roll length? pls check it, if it is 1800 meter length,
it is no problem. our paper roll slitter rewinder machine SA1600, the maximum width of
the machine is 1600mm.
last, about this paper core machine, I should clarify one point again which I said with
the customer technical department before, the minimum width for our slitter rewinder
machine SA1600 can be cut is 25mm.
3. the main motor is 15KW,but the total power is more than 20 KW. the paper core
machine need to assemble one air compressor, the motor of the air compressor
is 7.5kw,plus to the paper core machine has more than 10 kw, so the total power
for the total set paper core machine need 40-50 kw.
4.for air compressor, it need the customer to assemble it by themselves, or we can
help the customer to buy one with 7.5kw, the cost is about RMB10000.
