HOW TO COLLECT THE FINISHED PAPER CORES
during the course of the communication between the paper core machine buyer and me,
I always meet the same problem: when the paper core machine produce the paper cores
with big quantity, then the paper core machine how to collect the finished paper cores?
this is a good question, as one paper core machine manufacturer with long time,
we have enough experience to resolve it, we make one paper core loading shelf,
as below the photos.
it can collect the finished paper cores with big quantity, when it is full, it can be
push to the oven drying room to dry the paper cores.or the operator to bind it by hand.
some paper core manufacturer want to produce the long size paper cores, at this
situation, this paper core loading shelf is not enough big. some of our customer make
the below another paper core loading shelf.
pls see the below photos, it can be collect the long size paper cores and can be
moved by wheel rolling.
