when customer start to operate our paper core machine, the normal problem they will meet is glue leaking problem.
this time we will anaylise the glue leaking position, glue leaking reason and resolve method in detail.
in fact, glue leaking problem is normal question for the fresh customer which using the paper core machine.
position 1,outside leak A leak between piston haulm and front cover, reason:
1. the partiality of piston hauls installation
2. the lubricating oil in short supply
3. there are sundries between piston haulm and seal component
4. seal components aging,broken.
5. piston haulm has scar.
resolve method
1.newly installation and adjustment
2. check whether the demister is failure or not.
3.clean, clear sundries
4.repair or replace piston haulm.
5.repair or replace piston haulm
outside leak B Cylinder body and end face is leak, reason
1.four-tie rod nut connect screw thread is loose.
2.seal components is broken and aging.
resolve method
1. newly tightening
2.replace seal component
outside leak C The leak of cushion throttle , reason
seal componen is broken and aging. resolve method: replace seal components

can reade it one by one and according to the detail leak position and resolve it
accordingly,
