CONTINUE DESCRIBE COMMON PROBLEM OF PAPER TUBE MAKING MACHINE
we continue describing the common problem of paper tube making machine today.
it is normal it will meet some problem when you start to operate one new paper tube
making machine, after all, you are fresh for this papertube making machine.last time we
describe four
faults of this machine,
now we continue to describe next faults and resolving method.
FAULT 5,Paper tube winding resistance increases and the fixed axis has shivering
phenomenon.reason 1,Fixed axis and belt worn over the contact area,
resolve method,Change the axis. reason 2,Tape forming points and mandrel winding
position too far away from the belt. resolve method,To move belt
to the paper tube forming point.
FAULT 6,Paper tube can not be cut off or has split. REASON,cutting resistance can not
be synchronized with the paper tube. resolve, Cleaning linear bearing
guide. or Reduce the spring tension.
FAULT 7,Uneven distribution of adhesive tape. REASON 1,Not a right angle with the
tape blade. RESOLVE,Adjust the blade angle. REASON 2,Blade has
some dirty, RESOLVE,clean the blade.
FAULT 8,Paper tube cut off for too long or too short.REASON,Paper tube cut off time
for a trip is appropriate. RESOLVE,Adjust the knife sensor OR
Adjust the cutter speed knob.
FAULT 9,tape winding not according to their progress. REASON,tape not in the right
positon or tension is too loose. RESOLVE,Adjust the position and tension
