before in order to produce one paper cans or potato chip cans, the customer must buy at 

least four machines to produce individual, but now we improve all of them into one 

automatic production line.

this lines including the below working procedure: paper tube forming, paper tube 

cutting,transfering, oven, labeling,transfering, paper tube curling and crimping,paper 

cans capping, last paper cans crimping.

now we introduce this paper cans potato chip cans production line in detail.

first, paer tube or paper cans forming, using our paper tube making machine to produce 

the paper tubes or paper cans.

secondly,after paper tube forming, using the multi blades in line to cut the paper tubes 

or paper cans, then transfering to oven.

after transfering into oven and the tube become dry, the paper cans should be transfering 

out to labeling.

using the labeling machine, the paper tubes can be stick the label on the outside layer.

then transfering the paper tubes or paper cans to crimping.

first curling,crimping and then capping, the bottom side of the paper cans is ok

last the up side of paper cans should be crimping again, this is last step.

through the whole automatic line, the paper cans can be completed automaticaly, it can be 

save too much time and labour.
